Mānawa Bay is nestled on the water’s edge overlooking the mangroves, a convenient 4-minute drive from Auckland Airport and approximately 25 minutes from the Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland CBD, making it easily accessible for both Aucklanders and those visiting from out of town.
Visiting by car
Mānawa Bay is located at 4 Jimmy Ward Crescent, Auckland Airport, Auckland 2022.
There is ample parking available onsite, accessible through two main entrances both located on Jimmy Ward Crescent:
- North Entrance
- South Entrance
From North, West or Central Auckland
When travelling from SH20A, continue straight onto George Bolt Memorial Drive. Turn left at Te Ara Kōrako and continue onto Jimmy Ward Crescent. You can enter Mānawa Bay via the North or South carpark entrances. The South entrance, located further along Jimmy Ward Crescent (past the traffic lights), is ideal for Nike and nearby stores.
From South Auckland
When travelling from Puhinui Road, turn right onto Tom Pearce Drive and take the third exit at the roundabout onto Jimmy Ward Crescent. Continue straight and turn right at the lights to enter the North entrance of Mānawa Bay.
If our main carpark is full, follow signs to the overflow carpark located nearby and short walk away from the centre.

Visiting from the airport
The Mānawa Bay Shuttle conveniently picks up customers from Auckland Domestic Terminal, Auckland International Terminal and ibis Budget Hotel.
The Mānawa Bay Shuttle operates daily and runs approximately every 25 minutes.
It is $6 each way via Paywave, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets. No cash. Kids under 12 years old ride free.
